Why are we different?

There are a number of laptop repair companies that you may choose to repair your laptop. However, most companies do not actually repair the broken parts in your laptop; they identify the broken part by trial and error and then replace it with a new one. At Real Electronics however, our approach is different. Our time served electronics engineers use the laboratory equipment to test the components of your machine. This helps us to pinpoint exactly what has gone wrong. We are also able to identify any other malfunctioning components that may require service before they cause a future problem.

What does this mean for you?

It means a much more competitively priced repair. It also means that if that if we can repair the part, you will not have to wait for a new one to come from the manufacturer. On older machines, we quite often find that replacement parts are no longer available. If this does happen, any another company would probably have to tell you that the machine cannot be repaired. At Real Electronics however, because we are actually capable of repairing parts instead of just replacing them, we can often still repair the laptop. Obviously in some cases components may be beyond repair and we would reluctantly have to replace them with new ones.
